Do you deliver?
We deliver in Naples and Marco Island for a delivery fee.
Do you ship?
We ship only Macarons and Cookies, and only in the US. Please, read throughly every product's info to see if it is available for shipping.
Do you have a storefront?
No. At this moment we work from a commercial kitchen. It is a big professional kitchen, the difference with a bakery is that you can not come in there, and you need to have an appointment if you want to pick-up there because we don't have a representative there all the time.
Where can I pick-up my order?
Pick-ups have to be arranged by the time you place your order. Pick-up location is in East Naples, other locations can be arranged depending on our schedule and availability.
How can I place an order?
You can place your order through our website. If you want to order custom treats, you should fill out our form. You can also email us at tanyasbakehouse@gmail.com. Make sure to confirm with us first that we have availability for the date you need. To confirm an order we require 50% non-refundable deposit.
How much in advance I should place my order?
All items are made to order, and to ensure a specific date, we highly recommend placing an order as soon as you have your event date—at least 2 weeks in advance. You may place your order a week ahead if you order a small single item (Macarons, Cookies, Energy balls, etc.).
If you don't need your order for a specific date, contact us so we can give you an estimate depending on our schedule.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
We only have a minimum order requirement for treats such as Macarons, Cookies, etc. As they are all freshly baked per order, we can not only bake a single piece and the minimum is 1/2 a dozen (6 pcs) for most items. You can see more info in each product's description.
Where can we find your baked goods?
We recently started working with a few coffee shops. You can find the list with places on the "Where to find us" section.
Do you offer vegan and Gluten-free products?
We offer plenty of Vegan and Gluten-free options, you can see them in separate categories on our Menu page.
However, despite our great safety protocols for allergens, we bake in a commercial kitchen where other allergens are present, and it's NOT a Peanut/Nut-Free environment.
Do you have ready to purchase items?
Most of the time we have ready-for-pickup items, but we don't publish them on the website as they sell fast and might be different.
