SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 3-5 days to process your order. Expect an email within 5-7 business days to let you know your order is on the way! Every product is made fresh when ordered. You can see the exact time frame in the product's info section. Please, note that not all of our products are available for shipping. You can check for every product in their product details. If you happen to order a product NOT available for shipping, and you are not located in the Naples, FL or Marco Island, FL area, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. However, any applicable transaction fees would be your responsibility.
 
PICKUP - Orders can be picked up daily at a convenient for both sides location. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Pick-up details should be arranged when the order is placed. 

LOCAL DELIVERY During checkout, enter your address and all required details. Click the "Continue" button. Local delivery is available for certain areas within Naples, FL, and Marco Island, FL. To ensure the delivery of your order, the exact delivery time should be arranged before your order is placed.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do NOT offer international shipping.

Please, note that at the moment our website platform does not allow us to exclude the shipping option for the products we are not able to ship. Please, read carefully every product's details where you can see how long it takes to be prepared and if it is available for shipping. Times may vary for different products. If a product is not listed as one available for shipping, please, confirm with us, before placing an order. You can contact us at tanyasbakehouse@gmail.com. In case you place an order for a product NOT available for shipping, and you are not located in the Naples, FL or Marco Island, FL area, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. However, any applicable transaction fees would be your responsibility.


If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tanyasbakehouse@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
